CARDWOO GUARANTEE POLICY

This Guarantee Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of, the CardWoo Terms and Conditions and capitalized terms used and not defined in this policy have the meaning given to them in the CardWoo Terms and Conditions. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional details relating to this policy.
FOR SELLERS
Our Gift Card Return Guarantee
If you change your mind about selling your Gift Cards to us you must notify us either by email or by phone within 14 days of the date of your check. If you do not contact us pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to request the return of your Gift Cards within 14 days of the date on the check we mailed to you or you cash the check prior to expiration of such 14-day return period (the “14-Day Return Period”) our offer will be deemed accepted and we will own your Gift Cards. You must return the check and we must receive the check before we will return your Gift Cards. Our 14-Day Return Period cannot be altered for any reason and we will not be responsible for any loss or damages of any kind if you do not contact us within the 14-Day Return Period for return of your Gift Cards. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional details.
FOR BUYERS
Our Buyer Guarantee protects Buyers in the following situations:
- The Gift Card you purchased does not arrive within ten business days after the date of purchase.
- Your Gift Card you purchased has a balance less than the balance listed on our website at the time of purchase.
- Your Gift Card is not authentic or is not valid for use.
Buyer Guarantee Benefits and How to Make a Claim.
- You did not receive the Gift Card you purchased within ten business days after the date of purchase.
You must contact Customer Service at info@cardwoo.com or 1-855-427-4256 no more than three (3) weeks following the purchase date. If the initial ten business days has passed, we will provide you with a claim form, which you must fill out properly. If we determine your Gift Card is lost will offer you a Gift Card equivalent to the one you purchased and if we cannot offer you the equivalent Gift Card, we will credit the credit card you used to pay for the gift card in the amount that you paid.
- The Gift Card you receive from us has a balance less than the listed balance at the time of purchase.
When you receive the Gift Card, you must follow the directions on the back of the card to verify with the merchant the balance on the card. You must contact Customer Service at info@cardwoo.com or 1-855-427-4256 no more than two (2) weeks after your receipt of the Gift Card. We will provide you with return mailing materials to use to return the Gift Card to us, along with a Gift Card Return Form which you must complete. We will investigate your claim to determine whether the card balance was not as listed. If we determine that you did not receive the Gift Card with the card balance you agreed to purchase we will at our option, once we have received your Gift Card: (i) provide you with a replacement Gift Card that is the same (same merchant, same balance) as the one you agreed to purchase; or (ii) credit your credit card you used to purchase the Gift Card in the amount that you paid for the Gift Card.
- Your Gift Card is not authentic or is not valid for use.
When you receive the Gift Card, you must follow the directions on the back of the Gift Card to verify with the merchant the validity of the Gift Card. You must contact Customer Service at info@cardwoo.com or 1-855-427-4256 no more than two (2) weeks after your receipt of the Gift Card. We will provide you with return mailing materials to use to return the Gift Card to us, along with a Gift Card Return Form which you must complete. If the merchant confirms to us that they are no longer accepting the Gift Card because the Gift Card is not authentic or is not valid for use, once we receive your Gift Card, we will either (i) provide you with a replacement Gift Card that is the same (same merchant, same balance) as the one you agreed to purchase; or (ii) credit your credit card you used to purchase the Gift Card in the amount that you paid for the Gift Card.
