This Sellers Marketplace Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of, the CardWoo Terms and Conditions, and capitalized terms used and not defined in this policy have the meaning given to them in the CardWoo Terms and Conditions. Our Service for Sellers
CardWoo provides a service that allows individuals who want to liquidate certain Gift Cards with CardWoo ("Sellers") to do so using our CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack. This is quick and easy way to monetize your unwanted Gift Cards. Once you have received our CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack please follow the instructions contained in the CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack, put your Gift Card in the CardWoo pre-paid USPS return envelope and place your envelop in the US mail. We will process your payment as soon as we receive and validate your Gift Cards.
Our Gift Card Return Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our payment or change your mind about selling your Gift Cards to us you must notify us either by email or by phone within 14 days from the date of the check we sent you. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the date on the check we mailed to you, or you cash our check prior the end of the 14 day period, your Gift Cards will be processed. You must return the check and we must receive the check before we will return your Gift Cards. Our 14-day return period cannot be altered for any reason and we will not be responsible for any loss or damages of any kind if you do not contact us within the 14-day return period for return of your Gift Cards. Insurance
Each CardWoo pre-paid USPS return envelope we provide you is insured for loss or damage for up to $100. In order to qualify for our insurance, you must ship your Gift Cards to us using our pre-paid USPS return envelope we provide you in the CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack. PLEASE NOTE THAT CARDWOO GIFT CARD RETURN PACKS SHIPPED USING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE UNLESS USPS CAN CONFIRM RECEIPT OF THE PACK, THROUGH A VERIFIED DELIVERY SCAN, AT OUR USPS POSTAL FACILITY IN POMPANO BEACH, FLORIDA. If you believe your Gift Cards are worth more than the amount of insurance we provide, you must obtain the applicable shipping label, packaging and ALL necessary insurance directly from USPS or another third party shipper. Tracking
By using the bar coded number on your CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack, you can go to www.usps.com and print a receipt confirming delivery of your pack to your USPS facility. If you choose to place your CardWoo Gift Card Return Pack in your mailbox, you can still use the bar coded number on the pack, and go to www.usps.com and print a receipt confirming delivery of your Pack to our Postal Facility. Gift Cards That We Accept
CardWoo only accepts Gift Cards issued by certain merchants and we reserve the right to not accept your Gift Cards for any reason, in our sole discretion. These reasons include, but are not limited to, the Gift Card may be fraudulent or stolen, or may have come from an unauthorized source, or may pose a financial risk to us, our users, or merchants and gift card issuers. We will return to you your Gift Cards we elect not to accept. Sending Gift Cards to CardWoo does not obligate us to accept ownership of any such Gift Cards. If we return your Gift Cards no shipping and handling fees will be charged. Please note that if you want your Gift Cards returned UPS with Signature Required or you want to purchase additional insurance you will need to contact us. Please see our Terms and Conditions for return shipping information. Please note we do not accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR DISCOVER GIFT CARDS or Gift Cards with expiration dates or fees. Do the Gift Cards need to have a minimum value?
Yes, they must have at least a $20 balance.
Do the Gift Cards need to have a maximum value?
Yes. We only accept Gift Cards with a redemption value of up to $1000.
